CENSORED has shown a strong resiliency toward panic in extreme situations. He will pursue his target until dead or captured. He shows no emotion, which is quite normal for those in his line of work. He maintains a very serious outlook on life that, although it does not detract from his skills, is worrisome. We suggest that he maintain active duty, but check in with the field psychologist monthly.

CENSORED has brushed upon his goal to eliminate all contractors (he called it his "Devine Purge"). No matter what i did after that day though, he never brought it back up.

CENSORED has stated quite bluntly his hate of contractors and their "Devil-spawn kin" (which he said with a very strait face, showing no emotion). We believe this may be linked to his encounter with them 11 years ago.

From what his record says, the best we can tell about CENSORED is that he had a very unfortunate encounter with a contractor 11 years ago involving his wife (who is now deceased). What we have learned through his rather extensive interviews and applications to the CMND is that he is rather mentally unstable. We suggest that he be turned away from the division, and that he be sent for extensive psychological profiling.
Note from Dr. C. DeWayne:
I'm not sure how this man got through into the program, or how he was somehow put on active field duty despite my numerous and definitive reports stating he should NOT be sent into the field (or even accepted into CMND). Someone has pushed his application through, and I will be speaking with the General about this.
